DMCA & Takedown

Last updated: May 2026

cineflow is a hosting service for video review and remote streaming. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright, trademark, or other rights infringement promptly, in line with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) and the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your notice to dmca@cliplifter.app. Include all of the following so we can act without follow-up:

  1. Your full legal name, postal address, phone number, email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work (or other right) you claim is being infringed.
  3. The full URL of the cineflow share link, asset, or page where the infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge valid notices within 24 hours on business days and remove or disable access to the reported material in line with the DSA timeline. The user who originally uploaded the material is notified of the takedown and may file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@cliplifter.app including:

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone, email.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland (or your local jurisdiction in the EU under the DSA).
  5. Your signature.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are subject to repeated valid takedown notices, in line with both the DSA and the DMCA. Two valid notices for the same account within a 12-month period typically trigger account suspension; three trigger termination.
